By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from ValueBuilt Property Management related to your account and services. This program is described below.

Program: ValueBuilt Property Management sends account- and service-related messages, including rent and payment reminders, maintenance and work-order updates, lease and renewal notices, appointment and tour reminders, account notices, and replies to your support questions.
How to opt in: You consent to receive text messages when you provide your mobile number and agree to be contacted — for example, when you sign a lease or management agreement, or when you submit a rental application or set up your resident or owner portal account.
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You may receive a final confirmation message.
For help: reply HELP, or contact us at office@valuebuiltsystems.com.
Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: Your mobile opt-in information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
